Contact owners to obtain latest status for donor females, expected flush dates, production records in progress, pregnancies, bulls born and other pertinent details and report results on a regular basis.
Schedule travel arrangements to inspect potential donor females and young bulls.
Provide experienced staff to assist with travel to inspect and contract/purchase embryos, young bulls and donor females.
Locate available frozen embryos that meet buyer's specifications.
Assist with negotiations and pricing elite genetics.
Assist with negotiations of practical health requirements to permit the import of embryos, young bulls and donor females.
Provide buyer with complete, current shipping information including expected date of shipment and identification of embryos, young bulls and donor females.
Notify donor owners when sufficient embryos have been collected or when more are needed and the preferred service sires.
Administer payment to owners of embryos, young bulls and donor females according to buyer's contract.
Provide technicians for the following services, if required:
Complete embryo transfer process.
Thaw and evaluate embryos in buyer's country.
Select and cycle embryo or recipients.
Serve as a buyer's communication link in the United States.
