As an adviser to Buyers in the purchase of US Holstein heifers:

Assist Buyers develop genetic specifications / contract conditions

Assist Buyers evaluate genetic specifications / contract conditions in bids received

Assist Buyers negotiate genetic specifications / contract conditions in bids received

Serve as a liaison between Buyers and the supplier / suppliers of US Holstein heifers assisting with communication, coordination, management, and other factors. Essentially becoming Buyer's representative in the US

Receive and evaluate pedigree information / documentation prior to the arrival of Buyer's inspectors in the US and prepare a complete analysis of pedigree information as it relates to the contract

Assist Buyers in the evaluation and selection of the heifers on a conformation basis and assist in finalizing the selection or conducting the selection for Buyers

Represent Buyers in overseeing the health testing, vaccination and proper preparation of the heifers for shipment

Conflict resolution and other functions as directed by Buyers
As a supplier of elite female genetics to Buyers for purposes of developing a genetic nucleus herd that may be used to produce embryos, replacement animals, etc.
Buyers may choose from any of the services listed above as needed and it is not intended that all services be utilized. Pricing will be developed following a thorough understanding of the services contracted.
