Our history
In July 2000, long-time Holstein Association USA employees Jim Copper, Claudia Copper
and Steve Berland formed GenElite, LLC and purchased from the Association the rights
to continue doing business with the international clients of its international
marketing subsidiary, HFS, Inc.
GenElite has a very solid and loyal customer base and offers quality service to
international buyers of elite genetics. The team also offers genetic consulting
services.
The creation of the firm was a "dream come true" for the founding partners. The
three have a strong interest in elite genetics and have demonstrated capability
in sourcing, evaluating and delivering the best in US Holstein genetics to
international clients. Together, Jim, Claudia and Steve have 55 years of experience
in international genetics marketing, offering a blend of talents, skills and know-how
that serves the industry and its clients well. |
